RSS feed for specification edits?

Is there an RSS feed for updates to working group specifications?

Manual polling
        http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/csswg/css3-background/
and
        http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/csswg/css3-background/Overview.src.html
is an inefficient and error-prone approach.
