The Text module defines a 'match-parent' value for 'text-align', which is equivalent to 'inherit' but resolves logical keywords (start/end) against the element's parent's direction rather than the element's direction. This was added by request after the "Additional Requirements for Bidi in HTML" workshop. The workshop also recommended that the default text-align value for <li> in HTML should be 'match-parent' rather than 'start'. Is this acceptable? If so, we can just recommend that HTML add it to its default stylesheet. ~TJ
