If this sort of thing were to be implemented would we also consider 
extending media queries to allow for different stylesheets to be 
supplied to greyscale/colour printers?  (Assuming this sort of 
information is accessible to the browser)

When considering the possibility of 'printing' to a PDF, you might also 
want to do different things with links and generated content depending 
on whether the output will be some sort of link capable document format 
or static paper.
