[CSS21] left-floated :first-letter testcase

Hello,

Testcase:

http://www.gtalbot.org/BrowserBugsSection/css21testsuite/first-letter-inherit-001.htm

Such testcase uses only em unit for font-size and line-height: so the
testcase should be text-resizable both ways.

Q1: Why should the 2 colored (yellow and bright green) rectangles be
rendered differently? Why the 2 colored rectangles should not be rendered
the same?

Q2: Why the big "T" overflows out of the yellow rectangle in all tested
browsers[1]? Why the big "T" is not wrapped entirely by the yellow
rectangle?

Note that Firefox 3.6.13 will have the big "T" entirely wrapped, contained
within the border of the bright green rectangle. The bright green
rectangle's height will grow to accomodate the big "T" height.

Boris, right now, all browsers report a pass result for your test...

http://test.csswg.org/harness/details?s=CSS21_HTML&c=first-letter-inherit-001

but with such different rendering, I do not think this is ok. The reftest
does not appear to be sufficiently demanding, requiring.

Konqueror 4.6
