I dunno, maybe I'm weird.  I consider experimental implementations a
perfectly fine and normal thing to do.  They don't/shouldn't be seen
as forcing a browser's will on the WG.  Throwing a draft at the group
out of the blue feels different to me, though.

Anyway, nearly done with the drafting.
