[css21] Typos in 10.2

Hello,

I found two typos in CSS2.1 Section 10.2.

The following sentence:

"The width of line boxes is given by the their containing block [p. 128] ,
but may be shorted by the presence of floats [p. 142] ."

should be:

"The width of line boxes is given by their containing block [p. 128] , but
may be shortened by the presence of floats [p. 142]."

(there was an extra 'the' and shorted should be shortened I think).
