Spec says: "visibility: interpolated via a discrete step. The interpolation happens in real number space between 0 and 1, where 0 is "hidden" and all other values are "visible"." http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css3-transitions/ Both Firefox and Webkit treat 0 as "hidden" and all other values as "visible". I know that this was brought up before on this list but it seems like there was no conclusion whether spec should be changed. Opera is willing to align with majority as this "unwritten" behavior seems to make more sense. So can we get the spec changed?
