Dear colleauges, Using logical properties, Murakami-san provided two CSS stylesheets for Murakami-san's example [1]. One stylesheet uses logical properties and logical values only. It has 47 lines. It is available at http://nadita.com/murakami/test-logical/logical.css. It is referenced by http://nadita.com/murakami/test-logical/test-logical.html (horizontal) and http://nadita.com/murakami/test-logical/test-logical-vert.html (vertical). Since this tylesheet does not have physical properties, existing borwsers have to rely on default stylesheets. Meanwhile, the other stylesheet uses both logical and layout, and is very similar to John's. It has 87 lines. It is available at http://nadita.com/murakami/test-logical/logical2.css. It is referenced by http://nadita.com/murakami/test-logical/test-logical2.html (horizontal) and http://nadita.com/murakami/test-logical/test-logical2-vert.html (vertical). These documents work even for old browsers. [1] http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-style/2010Oct/0602.html Cheers, Makoto
