[css3-namespaces] syntax-008.xml Test

CSS 3 Namespaces test syntax-008.xml's second part has a problem:
the comment incorrectly uses // and that throws the next line
away. The background of the test can then be white but never red.
I strongly recommend moving to valid comment /* */
