question: css3 design principles

Hi,

I'm looking for a design principles document for CSS3. I need it for my 
degree dissertation. I'm writing about CSS3 and HTML5, comparing them to 
CSS2.1 and HTML4.
Maybe you could release a new module, called "Design Principles"!? It 
would make sense for me.
