"The following features are at-risk and may be dropped at the end of the CR period if there has not been enough interest from implementers: 'box-decoration-break<http://www.w3.org/TR/css3-background/#box-decoration-break>', 'box-shadow<http://www.w3.org/TR/css3-background/#box-shadow>'."

I think this list should only include box-decoration-break ?
