There's no "CSS command", because CSS is not a programming language.  
There are only properties and values. If you're searching for the  
current state of the art, see http://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/current-work
If you're searching for more info on CSS tables, see http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS2/tables.html

I guess you're searching also for some out-of-the-box example:
