In fact, it does :

 http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http://bester-ltd.ru/

works fine from the U.K.  It may be that there is a problem if
you connect to

 http://validator.w3.org/

from a .ru domain and then loop back to your own site, but
there is certainly no problem in general.

For reference, your site validates with one warning :

 Warning  Line 290, Column 89: NET-enabling start-tag requires SHORTTAG YES
