CSS3 Colors - X11 color names broken MSDN links

The msdn informative reference on
http://www.w3.org/TR/css3-color/#X11COLORS are broken.

MSDN frequently changes their URLs and. How about removing those links
and instead linking to:
http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/types.html#ColorKeywords
