The CSS WG just published a new version of the CSS 2.1 specification. The status hasn't changed, it is still a Candidate Recommendation, but the new version incorporates the errata since the previous update. See http://www.w3.org/TR/2009/CR-CSS2-20090908/ And the list of changes (i.e., the errata since April) is here: http://www.w3.org/Style/css2-updates/CR-CSS2-20090423-errata.html (The reason we published the update now, rather than wait for a few weeks for the remaining open issues to be closed, is that we want to publish an update of another CR next week, Media Queries, and that one refers to "media_list" in the CSS 2.1 grammar, which therefore needs to be up to date...) The next publication of CSS 2.1 might be a brief return to a "last call" working draft, followed by the long awaited Proposed Recommendation. But no date has been set for that. The call for implementations continues, and we still request feedback to be sent to this mailing list, <www-style@w3.org>. When you send comments, please prefix the subject line with [CSS21] as I did on this message.
