Hello, 

this is about section 6:
http://www.w3.org/TR/2009/WD-css3-2d-transforms-20091201/#animation

It talks about rotateX(0), rotateY(0).
Section 4 does not define such transform functions.
Typo? residual from 3d-transforms?
