I agree it might be worth defining the interaction of the end-of-string 
and end-of-stylesheet cases more clearly, or at least defining "end of a 
line" more clearly, but just using the obvious definition of "a line 
ends when an unescape newline character is encountered" the "end of a 
line" is never reached in this case.
