| Text boxes with radiused corners typically have corner radius relative to | font-size or width of padding. You could still use width percentages by | using only one argument. Come to think of it, it would be nice to have a keyword for border-radius: 'auto' (or ...?) that would set border radii to the corresponding padding-plus-border width. The inside edge of the border would always be padding-width distance from the content. This makes an attractively-proportioned radiused border very simple to spec.
