Do you still think this after our discussion in
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=404215 ?

For those who don't want to read the bug, the problem is that you can have
content which always overflows the column height; for example the last child
of the columns element might be position:relative and top:100px.
