  Cost of implementation is mainly not function of task,
but of instrument, using to solve task !!
Any breakout is invention of the new instrument.
  I already try to find new instrument before to solve
problem in forehead, "linearly". E.g. i try to make this
in proposals to enter new _interactive tags_ instead of AJAX
(in my HTML6), in proposals about integration of DBMS and
browsers ('web integration' in http://sql50.euro.ru/sql5.ppt ).

In our particular case,
not browser for special device are necessary,
but engine for trigger mode.

Avarage users always download css by browser.

main is destination of product (of program).
Browsing of inet means, that program (Lynx) is general-purpose.
