continuous

For block-level elements, 'continuous' works identical to 'bounding-box'


I don't think this is what we want. Consider a block that breaks across a
page boundary. It's not clear what the bounding box even is. Consider a
block that breaks across a column boundary, we probably don't want the
bounding box in that case. We want something like the treatment for inlines
but in the vertical direction.
