Slight correction: Opera (9.2 and 9.5b2) draws the text-decoration defined
outside the table only in Standards mode, not in Quirks mode rendering. So
in Quirks mode the example gives two lines in Opera. In Safari 3.1, I also
see only those two lines, in both Quirks and Standards mode.
