Separating large numbers from Yahia on 2007-03-22 (www-style@w3.org from March 2007)

I would like to know if there's going to be a CSS3 property making large  
numbers (like 35000) separate, using by choice (the property's values),  
the comma, the dot, or a space, etc. (35,000 | 35.000 | 35 000)
As far as I know, each language has its own punctuation mark for  
separating numbers.
