No. It seems, however, that this external reference has changed:

  http://www.webstandards.org/404/

It doesn't return 404 anymore. I have asked the webstandards people to
restore it.

If you replace it with this:

  http://www.example.com/404/

the test should work as before. But we don't really want to change the
test at this stage :-)
