This is a QA Review comment for "CSS Module: Namespaces"
2nd WD

About http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/WD-css3-namespace-20060828/

It is good to see finally this document published again. The first publication has been 7 years ago. With the rise of namespaces in many XML technologies, it will be a valuable addition.

To improve testability and interoperability during the development of the specification, it will good to give links to individual test cases and testable assertions for each feature *from* the specification.
Each time, the WG is proposing a feature, write down the test case and link to it. Then it will help implementers and reviewers.
It will also help the WG by creating the test case step by step and have a full set of test cases when it is time to enter CR.
