Dito: http://worlds-highest-website.com/ I'm feeling free to post this since a) it is a showcase for rather "extreme" CSS deployment; b) it shows up "interesting" implementation constraints; c) there probably are other broadly supported solutions. ...it's the latter which most of all drives me to post it here, since I'm curious about alternative solutions (under the mentioned conditions).
