Selectors: editorial 6.3.4

The example in section 6.3.4 uses a "notation" attribute. To my mind 
this makes me think of NOTATION type attributes, which is really not 
what's meant here. I suggest using a different name for the notation 
attribute simply to avoid any possible confusion. "base" or "radix" 
might work well here.
