Bert, please could you add a comment to this bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=307095 the attachment provided: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi? id=194895 clearly shows that there may be a problem with the wording of the specification.** Otherwise could you please add a comment explaining the reason?
