Given the attitude that CSS merely gives hints to presentation and not exact specifications (aka pixel perfection), then I think we'll have to get used to the idea that two different layouts can come from the same CSS. As to whether or not they are both conforming... that's determined solely by the specificity of the CSS spec in question and whether or not it bothers to be, well, that specific. -- Orion Adrian
