Sure, but for the purposes of cataloguing fixes of some typos, the citation is quite appropriate. The issue has been dealt with and will be formally fixed just as soon as the 2.1 document become an official Rec. Perhaps it would have been more careful to say "will obsolete CSS2", but really that's a minor quibble in this context. -- -Adam Kuehn
