Persian List Item Markers

Hello.

There aare three list item markers in Persian, one of them are numeric
and two other are alphabetic.

persian-numeric: The numeric one is what that working draft of CSS3 (*)
tells "persian".

persian-alphabet: One of the two alphabetics, contains persian letters
in a line.

persian-abjad: A sort of persian alphabets, similar to arabic one, but
with persian characters.

These are three types of list that are very popular in Iran. Could you
please add persian-alphabet and persian-abjad to css3?
