"SVG" as in Scalable Vector > Graphics ;-) SVG sounds very good for "deliberately created" graphics, but isn't it overkill for the simple case of wanting to preserve the relative proportions of text, images, and backgrounds when people want to display the page contents bigger (or smaller)?
