Those should be avoided anyway for usability reasons.

That's (maybe) another problem. What if the page using the stylesheet has the
URL "http://example.com/foo/" and a link inside that points to the URN
"urn:xmp:foo" (or the like, you get the idea), which could be resolved to the
very URL (or others)---should the pseudo-class match?
