Last October, Joe Clark sent a message to this list, arguing for a new media type 'reader' to complement the existing 'screen', 'print', etc., and which would be targeted especially at screen readers. Some people think it is a great idea, some others think it can't work, yet others think the existing types are sufficient. In other words, some discussion is needed. But it is easier to discuss a concrete proposal, so the CSS WG made a draft: http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-css3-reader-20040224/ Please, use the convention to start the Subject line with [css3-reader], when you discuss this draft.
