YACC/Bison Grammar

Hello,

Regarding this old thread:

I was wondering if, almost six years later, there is a YACC/Bison 
grammar available?

I am extremely inexperienced with writing YACC/Bison grammars (about a 
day and half of playing about with it!) and I'm as yet unable to convert 
the following notation to YACC/Bison:

http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS2/grammar.html

If there is an available grammar, that would help me immensely and I'd 
greatly appreciate if anyone can point me in the correct direction.
