From the CSS 2.1 specification of 15 September 2003 [T]: "The list of tokens for CSS 2.1 is as follows." ... "UNICODE-RANGE" CSS 2.1 has no @font-face at-rules and thus has no need for UNICODE-RANGE in declarations and thus has no UNICODE-RANGE token in the grammar in Appendix G.
