Dimension properties need a n "all-available" value

Css dimension properties need a valid value as 'all-available' or 'max' to better support flowing disposition.
That is, something similar to frameset's '*' or table's '100%'.
This is the remaining major lack of functionality in css.
Any comments? Or is this already worked on?
