http://www.w3.org/TR/css3-selectors/#UIstates Why not use the :checked and :indeterminate pseudo-class for all elements, instead of only the html-elements which have the selected attribute? In this way it's use is now pretty limited (in html anyway). I can imagine quite some dhtml-things which you can do with css if one is able to use a :checked psuedo-class. Kind regards, Martijn
