It would appear all links regarding RFC references are dead, throughout the W3C Specs. Consider: http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS2/refs.html#ref-RFC2119 Any of the RFC links listed there sends you adrift. I've found RFC links dead in other specs, so I assume they were all pointing to internic (which apparently doesn't host these specs anymore). Where might they be found?
