The discussion in a nutshell is "it would be nice if the working group came up with a provision to set a style on a column, but until they do we're not going to be able to change Mozilla's behavior" I understand that certain styles can be set on the <col> element (visibility and such) but there are so many times that it would be useful to fully style a column that I wish the working group would come up with a mechanism for it. I also appreciate that it is a difficult question - how do you integrate a two-dimensional construct such as a table into a tree, after all? I don't know. > From: Gavin Kistner [mailto:gavin@refinery.com] > > For more discussion on this issue, see: > http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=915 >
