A lot of sites seem to be using icons to differentiate between internal and external links. It would be nice if we could specify that hyperlinks within the same domain name have one colour, and hyperlinks that are not in the same domain name do not. This would probably get more complicated, and a list specifying "internal" domains might be needed, e.g. if microsoft.com linked to microsoft.co.uk, this might need to be an internal link.
