I should have written: At least one very common browser (Internet Explorer, 5 and 6 for Windows) implements CSS 2 section 6.4.4 "Precedence of non-CSS presentational hints" (see <http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS2/cascade.html#q12>) properly. I believe those versions implement all of section 6.4 "The Cascade" (see <http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS2/cascade.html#cascade>) properly; but I don't recall verifying that in detail, so I'm not certain. -- Randall Joseph Fellmy aka Randy@Coises.com
