Oops. I neglected to look down on the current work page. That is a good
resource.
However, I still think the CSS 3 introduction should both be updated more
often and only point to CSS 3 modules. The final "recommendation" has to
point to only CSS 3, so why delay the necessary rework?
Error on the current work page: The Ruby working draft under "The Module
System" is not linked to "http://www.w3.org/TR/css3-ruby/" and Color is not
linked to "http://www.w3.org/TR/css3-color"
