Another draft has just been published:
CSS Mobile Profile 1.0

The abstract is quite short:
"This specification defines a subset of the Cascading Style Sheets
Level 2 specification tailored to the needs and constraints of
mobile devices."
And, in fact, so is the draft itself. (Something of which the working
group is not a little proud. :-) )
This is intended to be the last draft of its series, but comments
received until March 1 will determine whether the spec indeed becomes
a Candidate Recommendation.
