What happens to lists? The block has more than one line, but supposing
it's a list of 8.3 filenames--nothing will wrap. Will the list's block
box shrink-wrap or expand to 100%?

Similarly, if the block contains only other blocks, all of which are
narrower than the containing block, will it shrink-wrap?

(This question also applies to the proposed 'inline-block'.)
