A page tracking the CSS drafts from Bert Bos on 1999-09-22 (www-style@w3.org from September 1999)

I have created a page[1] that tracks all recent working drafts that
relate to CSS. The intention is that it should be easier to look at
this page than to scan the general technical reports page[2] for
anything CSS-related.

I hope to keep the page up to date when new working drafts come out or 
old ones are updated.

Please let me know what you think of the information: is it useful?
what would make it more so?
