>The following HTML has a background image in IE 5.00, but not in >Netscape Communicator 4.7. What am I doing wrong? If you don't understand the errors/warnings here: <url:http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?text=++++++a++++++++++++%7B+color%3A+%23000000+%7D%0D%0AP.image_here+%7Bbackground-image%3A+url%28%0D%0Ahttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3c.org%2FIcons%2FWWW%2Fmail48x%0D%0A%3Chttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3c.org%2FIcons%2FWWW%2Fmail48x%3E+%29%3B%7D&warning=2> then you might try the WDG CSS lint, here:<url:http://www.htmlhelp.org/tools/csscheck/> If additional explanation is necessary the stylesheets newsgroup <news:comp.infosystems.www.authoring.stylesheets> is a good place to post requests for help. If you'd like to discuss whether the underscore *should* be allowed in class names, since one UA already allows that (contrary to the recommendations), then this is the correct venue.
