How can I see a XML file so.

I have the XML file following :

<anular>No anula ninguna circular anterior</anular>

When I open it with Explorer 5 I saw it as this:

1_99 1Enero1999 pepe marta jefe prueba Esto es el texo No anula ninguna circular anterior Adiós





I don't want to see it of this form. I hope to see it of this other form:

Numero de circular : 1_99
Fecha de emisión : 1 Enero 1999
Destinatario : pepe
Remitente : marta
Cargo del remitente : jefe
Asunto : prueba
Contenido : Esto es el texto
No anula ninguna circular anterior
Saludo : Adiós
 
I don´t know how can I insert the text (i.e Numero de circular :) before the XML element
