WDG's Beta CSS1 Windows Help file

Greetings all!

We are currently getting ready to release a Windows help file CSS1 reference
based on our online version.  This help file is intended to be similar in nature
to our HTML version (for those of you familiar with it.)

There are still a few minor bugs to squash, but I would appreciate any
constructive criticism on it before the release.
