Fresh DSSSL stylesheet for HTML hardcopy

I think that I'm finally beginning to get a feel for programming in a
completely functional language. It's strange but interesting. As an
exercise I've revisited the DSSSL stylesheet for HTML 3.2 printing
that I posted a couple of weeks ago and reworked some of the clumsier
parts. The new version will give results almost identical to the old
one, but I think that it makes a better example. It's available by
anonymous ftp from

   sunsite.unc.edu:/pub/sun-info/standards/dsssl/stylesheets/html3_2

The latest version is html32hc.dsl.960802.
